De chin-up stang kan gebruikt worden voor pull-ups, push-ups, chin-ups en triceps-dips oefeningen. Door jezelf aan de optrekstang op te trekken, kun je je arm- en borstspieren trainen. Als je je buikspieren wilt trainen, kan dat ook! Zet de trainer op de grond, plaats je voeten eronder en doe sit-ups. Het handvat biedt een goede grip, dankzij het zachte schuim. De optrekbeugel kan eenvoudig aan een deurkozijn met een breedte van 61 tot 81 cm worden bevestigd.
