In Wie Weet Wat krijgt elke speler een blad waarop verschillende categorieën staan. Het spel begint zodra er een letter uit de letterbalk gekozen is. Daarna wordt de eerste rij gespeeld en moet je zo snel mogelijk elke categorie invullen met een woord dat begint met de gekozen letter. Dit gaat verder totdat je alle rijen zijn gevuld. Daarna worden de punten bij elkaar op geteld. De speler met de meeste punten wint Wie Weet Wat. In deze versie van Wie Weet Wat moet je je antwoorden niet alleen opschrijven, maar ook tekenen! Daarna moeten je medespelers raden wat je hebt getekend, wat extra punten kan opleveren.
