Tijdens het spel ontstaan er in het midden van de tafel vier stapels met kaarten. Twee stapels stijgen in waarde (1-99) en twee stapels dalen in waarde (100-2). De spelers spelen samen tegen het spel en proberen zoveel mogelijk kaarten, in het beste geval alle 98, af te leggen op de vier stapels.
