De Basil Portland voordrager is een stijlvolle voordrager gemaakt van aluminium met een vintage-uitstraling. Het heeft een rondom opstaande rand om te voorkomen dat spullen eraf vallen. De voordrager heeft een maximale belasting van 10 kg en past op fietsen van 26 inch tot 28 inch. Het kan worden bevestigd met behulp van kroonstukmontage en wordt ondersteund door de voorvorkbeugel. De voordrager is geschikt voor gebruik met fietskratten of tassen en kan ook een fietslamp monteren. Het is een kwalitatieve voordrager voor fietsen in vintagestijl.
