Met deze zitmaaierverticuteerder kunnen zelfs grote gazons snel en eenvoudig van mos en ander onkruid worden ontdaan en efficiënt worden belucht, zodat het gazon een betere en dichtere groei krijgt.
Dankzij de koppeling kan de grashark eenvoudig en veilig worden gekoppeld aan de zitmaaier of gazontractor, mits deze is voorzien van een koppeleenheid. Bij zeer dichte mosgroei kan de verticuteermachine met extra gewichten (niet bij de levering inbegrepen) verzwaard worden zodat de verzinkt stalen veren met een hogere druk op het gazon rusten en meer mos uit de grond halen.
