De Louisiana is een moderne kogel barbecue met een groot grillrooster van 44 centimeter doorsnede en 2 houten werkbladen. De karakteristieke ronde vorm van de houtskool barbecue zorgt voor een gelijkmatige garing van het vlees. Doormiddel van de regelbare luchttoevoer in het deksel kun je zelf de temperatuur binnen in de kolenbarbecue regelen. Na het barbecueën kun je de barbecue gemakkelijk legen in de verwijderbare as-pan. Dankzij de twee grote wielen is de houtskoolbarbecue gemakkelijk te verplaatsen. Op de bodemplank van het onderstel is er tevens ruimte om hout of briketten op te slaan.
