Elk doekje bestaat uit 4 lagen die lekken voorkomen. De absorberende toplaag, gemaakt van nonwoven stof, houdt vocht vast en vermindert onaangename geuren. De tissuelaag leidt de vloeistof in de gewenste richting en de donspulp kern zet bij contact de vloeistof onmiddellijk om in gel. De onderste laag van het trainingsdoekje - de PE-afdichtingslaag - beschermt de vloer tegen beschadiging.
