De acrylverf van Van Gogh wordt gemaakt met hoogwaardige pigmenten naar strenge Nederlandse kwaliteitsnormen. De verf kan rechtstreeks uit de metalen tube of verdund met water worden gebruikt. Doordat de verf snel droogt, is het makkelijk om snel laag over laag te werken. Dankzij een hoog pigmentaandeel is deze dikkere verf krachtig en intens gekleurd; ideaal om met een penseel of paletmes te worden aangebracht. Deze acrylverf voor de kunstenaar in opleiding heeft een lichtechtheidsgraad van goed (25-100 jaar onder museumomstandigheden) tot uitstekend (100+ jaar onder museumomstandigheden). Deze basisset in lichte kist bevat 10 tubes van 40ml in de volgende algemene kleuren: Titaanwit (105), Azogeel licht (268), Azogeel donker (270), Naphtholrood middel (396), Quinacridonerose (366), Ultramarijn (504), Briljantblauw (564), Permanentgroen donker (619), Omber gebrand (409), Oxydzwart (735).
