Het bot is gemaakt van natuurrubber en heeft kleine gaatjes in het middenstuk die water opnemen bij onderdompeling. Door te kauwen ontsnapt het water via de kleine gaatjes, wat zorgt voor extra speelplezier. Je kunt het gehele bot ook met water invriezen, zodat het langer duurt voordat het ijs smelt en de pup het water uit het bot krijgt.
