De Effect Liners zijn zeer geschikt voor het aanbrengen van fraaie gladde 'parels'. Houd voor een optimaal 3D-effect de punt net boven het oppervlak en druk de verf er in een vloeiende beweging uit. Droog tijd: 24 uur. Alleen voor gebruik binnenshuis. Bij het aanbrengen op textiel: was de stof zonder wasverzachter voordat je de verf aanbrengt. Wasbaar op 40 °C. Beschikbaar in 49 verschillende tinten en diverse effecten, zoals parelmoer, glans, glitter en neon. Inhoud: 4x28ml (8501-8510-8511-8513).
