Juf Josje en haar klas zijn op schoolreisje naar Schiphol. Meester Snor gaat ook gezellig mee. Maar ze zijn er nog maar net of Superjuffie moet al in actie komen en een koffer vol baby-krokodillen redden. Om te zorgen dat ze daarna ongezien weer terug kan veranderen in juf Josje, duikt Superjuffie samen met een paar leerlingen een openstaande container in. Maar dan wordt de container dichtgegooid en in een vliegtuig gezet. Ze belanden bij een groep biologen midden in Afrika.
