De Carbon streem II is een racestuur dat een extreem agressief wing-shaped bovendeel heeft, wat zorgt voor energiebesparing en een comfortabele handpositie tijdens het klimmen. Het heeft een traditionele bocht in de drops, wat de keuze is van veel professionele rijders gesponsord door Ritchey. Met een UCI-conform vleugelvormig bovengedeelte van 43,5 x 16 mm, snijdt dit stuur moeiteloos door de wind. Daarnaast heeft het een zachte sweep naar boven en een breed platform, wat ideaal is voor zittend klimmen. Het stuur heeft een interne kabelgroef, waardoor er geen tape nodig is tot aan de stuurpen. Ook heeft het antislipgruis op de montageoppervlakken voor de stuurpen en remgrepen.
