De Ursus Hopper 28 zwart is een dubbele middenstandaard van 100% staal. Deze standaard heeft dezelfde gepatenteerde beweging als de Jumbo en is speciaal ontworpen om perfect te passen op moederfietsen, transportfietsen en e-bikes. Met een belastbaarheid tot 50 kg is deze standaard zeer stevig en betrouwbaar. De Hopper is verkrijgbaar in twee lengtematen en wordt geleverd zonder inbusbout, maar met twee zeskantbouten.

Dankzij de dubbele standaard kan een fiets beladen worden terwijl deze op de standaard staat, zonder dat deze zal omvallen. Deze standaard is geschikt voor fietsen met een wielmaat van 28 inch met een normale brede plaatbevestiging (30 mm).
