It is based on the GRIPTON® T5 rubber compound, which was originally developed for mountain bike tyres and is characterised by traction, durability and efficient rolling behaviour. This means you always have a secure grip when climbing, on descents and in curves, without losing speed. The tyre features a tough 60 tpi casing and has been equipped with a BlackBelt protection strip to prevent punctures. It has to be ridden with a tube, making it very easy to mount in a conventional way.
