De binnenkant is gevoerd met hoogwaardig polystyreen. De helm is voorzien van een binnenzool met een mechanisme waarmee de helm precies op het hoofd van het kind kan worden afgesteld. De helm heeft bevestigingsriempjes aan beide zijden, die onder de kin worden vastgemaakt met een zachte kingesp.
