De EXTRA LIGHT SCV17-EL is een gewichtsbesparende binnenband voor wielen van 28 inch binnen het ETRTO-bereik 28/44-622, met dezelfde betrouwbaarheid als een standaard Schwalbe-binnenband. Het Schwalbe Clik Valve-ventiel van 40 mm laat zich met twee vingers bedienen en voorkomt verbogen of beschadigde ventielen bij het oppompen. De binnenband bevat circa 20% gerecycled butyl (aandeel in de compound) uit het Schwalbe Recycling System. Schwalbe standaard binnenband nr. 17 EL. Voor fietsbanden in de maat 28" inch/700C (ETRTO 28/44-622). Bijzonder geschikt voor TOUR-, CITY- en TREKKING-banden.
