Hij heeft een greep die het quarter horse veulen met zijn tanden vast kan houden. Bij het spelen verwart het veulentje een schattig egeltje met de bal en merkt al snel hoe stekelig hij is! Gelukkig houden ze niets over aan hun grappige ontmoeting en worden vriendjes. Na het ravotten sterkt het veulen zich aan het zuigflesje en hij heeft een warme deken zodat hij het niet koud krijgt.
