Als deze dinosaurus zijn verstelbare kaken op elkaar zet, is er geen ontsnappen meer aan. Wanneer de monolophosaurus op jacht is, kun je hem maar beter met rust laten. Maar vanaf een veilige afstand kun je gerust toekijken hoe hij op jacht is! De monolophosaurus is makkelijk te herkennen aan de lange kuif achterop zijn neus. Hij ziet er daarmee angstaanjagend uit. Net als bij een draak lopen de stekels van zijn kop naar het uiteinde van zijn staart. Ik vraag me af of hij zich koest houdt. Deze dinosaurus behoort tot de Saurischiafamilie. Hun bekken lijkt op dat van reptielen. Hij is waarschijnlijk op zoek naar voedsel. Met zijn sterke poten loopt hij langs het water, op zoek naar prooi. Stoor hem maar niet!
