De kabelverbinder bestaat uit in totaal 5 kunststof onderdelen (1 x RJ45 koppeling, 2 x behuizing en 2 x schroefdop) en 4 ringen. De afdichtring bij het doorvoergat van de behuizing sluit af tussen kabel en behuizing. Deze kan aan de zijkant worden geopend om de kabel in te kunnen steken.
