De Ritchey COMP is een balhoofd van hoge kwaliteit, gemaakt van CROMO materiaal. Het heeft een balhoofdmaat van 1 1/8 Inch en een integratiemethode van Press fit (Semi integrated). Het bovenlager heeft een binnendiameter van 30.15 mm en een buitendiameter van 41 mm. Het balhoofd gedeelte bevindt zich aan de bovenkant en heeft een binnendiameter van 44 mm en een buitendiameter van 50 mm.
