De Repente Latus CL is het ultieme zadel voor gebruikers die op zoek zijn naar een breder zadel. Repente is erin geslaagd het gewicht terug te brengen tot 145 gram - door de gehele structuur te maken door middel van autoclaafverwerking, die zorgt voor een compactere en uniformere carbonvezelstructuur. De Repente Latus CL heeft een afgevlakte achterkant om de beste ondersteuning te bieden. Het zadel wordt axiaal gekruist door een kanaal waarvan de vorm het botprofiel van de wielrenner volgt en overeenkomt met de helling van het bekken. Het anatomische kanaal bereikt zijn maximale diepte waar dit het nuttigst is om de druk op het perineum te verlichten. De kromming tussen het bredere deel van het zadel en de meer taps toelopende voorkant is ontworpen om maximale bewegingsvrijheid van de benen te garanderen en om schuren aan de dijen te voorkomen.
