Het ontwerp van het loopvlak is geïnspireerd op de Scorpion XC RC, gericht op twee belangrijke kenmerken: hogere gemiddelde snelheid op rechte en snelle lijnen, verbeterde zijdelingse grip in offroad-bochten. De Cinturato Gravel RC is compatibel met hookless velgen volgens ETRTO 5bar max druklimiet.
