MIRKA Abranet NC Schuurschijven 150mm zijn speciaal ontwikkeld voor het schuren van oppervlakken waarbij verontreiniging met zware metalen voorkomen moet worden. Dankzij een productieproces met verlaagde metaalinhoud en een open netconstructie blijven deze schijven veilig inzetbaar op aluminium en gelakte aluminium onderdelen zonder risico op corrosieactivatie.

Bescherming tegen corrosie en geschikt voor aluminiumonderdelen

De Abranet NC Schuurschijven 150mm van MIRKA vallen op dankzij de combinatie van een PA-netdrager, een gesloten korrellaag en een geoptimaliseerd hechtingssysteem “resin over resin”. Dit ontwerp maakt de schijven uitermate geschikt voor het bewerken van primer, het verwijderen van verf en het schuren van plamuur of aluminium oppervlakken in de automotive of industriële sector. Door het gebruik van deze technologie werk je efficiënter, met minder tussenstops voor schijfwissel, en vooral met minder risico op beschadiging of verontreiniging van het werkstuk.
