Uitdagend kaartspel met relatief eenvoudige spelregels. Je handkaarten zijn zowel gebouwen als betaalmiddel. Elke ronde bouw je 1 gebouw (en soms 2 gebouwen) uit je hand en betaal je de kosten in andere handkaarten. Elk gebouw levert inkomsten op in de vorm van kaarten en/of punten. Langzaam maar zeker ontstaat zo voor je een stad. Veel gebouwen hebben invloed op elkaar of zijn een voorwaarde voor het bouwen van andere gebouwen. Daardoor ontstaan interessante keuzemogelijkheden en kettingreacties. Wie aan het einde van het spel de meeste punten met zijn gebouwen heeft gescoord, is de winnaar.
