With this model, Mavic revives the successes of earlier hubs such as the famous 571. The Road UB rear hub has four large, sealed cartridge bearings that ensure durable and smooth operation. The QRM Auto preload system ensures smooth running and ideal bearing clearance without any external intervention. Also characteristic is the Instant Drive 360 Ratchet freehub with an engagement angle of only 9° and perfect torque transmission, which also delivers a pleasant sound.
