Patches heeft zijn eigen puppyflesje waarmee je hem kunt voeren. Druk het puppyflesje zachtjes tegen zijn mond en luister terwijl hij zijn ogen sluit en schattige voedingsgeluidjes maakt. En na zijn fles doet hij graag een dutje, leg hem op zijn zij en hij zal in slaap vallen. My Real Real Puppy wordt geleverd met een schattige puppyhok met handvat, zodat je je puppy erin kunt plaatsen en hem overal mee naartoe kunt nemen! Verwijder eenvoudigweg de bovenkant van het hok om er een hondenmand van te maken. Vergeet niet zijn adoptiepapieren in te vullen en zijn naam op zijn naamplaatje te schrijven.
