De Zeta P2 is de profielgroeffreesmachine voor de P-System-verankering en met name voor de verbinders uit de Clamex P-serie. De machine is bedoeld voor het verbinden van materialen uit hout. Het in de Zeta P2 geïntegreerde freesmechanisme op de freesspindel is het hart van de profielgroeffreesmachine. Bij het frezen voert het freesmechanisme automatisch een zijdelingse beweging voor de profielgroef uit. Alle soorten verbindingsbeslag kunnen nu met de hand in deze profielgroef worden geschoven en snel en aansluitend worden verankerd. Met de Zeta P2 kunnen de P-System-groeven voor verbindingsbeslag met verschillende inbouwdiepten worden gefreesd zonder dat de frees verwisseld hoeft te worden. U hoeft daarvoor alleen maar aan de diepteregeling van het P-System te draaien. De freesbeweging voor de profielgroef wordt automatisch uitgevoerd zodra de maximale freesdiepte is bereikt en duurt slechts een fractie van een seconde. Het freesmechanisme is volledig mechanisch, betrouwbaar en slijtvast geconstrueerd. Bij het gebruik van de Zeta P2 als standaard groeffreesmachine voor de toepassing met originele houten lamellen kan de profielgroeffunctie worden uitgeschakeld.
