Patent is bloem van hoge kwaliteit en geschikt voor het bakken van brood, taart en gebak. Maar ook de lekkerste pasta maak je met patentbloem van Koopmans. Patent bloem is fijn gemalen en heeft meer gluten dan bijvoorbeeld tarwebloem. Hierdoor is het resultaat luchtiger dan wanneer je bijvoorbeeld tarwebloem gebruikt.
