Om optimaal gebruik te maken van dit product, raden we aan om de ketting of onderdelen eerst te ontvetten met Cyclon Bionet. Schud de spuitbus voor gebruik en spray de ketting gelijkmatig in. Laat het kort inwerken en veeg vervolgens het overtollige olie af met een doek.

How come you are so much cheaper than other (online) stores?

Can I pick up my order somewhere?
We are an online-only store, so it is not possible to pick up your order. We ship all orders from our central warehouse. This may mean you receive multiple packages when ordering multiple items.
Are the bicycles I order delivered ready to ride?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your bike delivered fully ready to ride. We deliver our bikes 85% assembled. Components such as the front wheel, pedals, saddle and handlebar still need to be mounted. With the included assembly manual and instruction videos, you can easily do this yourself. Small children's bikes are generally delivered 95% assembled.
