De XLC TO-S82 kettingslijtage-indicator is het perfecte hulpmiddel om vast te stellen wanneer de ketting moet worden vervangen. Deze indicator voor kettingslijtage is eenvoudig te gebruiken: steek het gebogen uiteinde in een opening tussen de schakels van de ketting en laat het andere uiteinde voorzichtig in contact vallen met de ketting. Als de indicator door de schakel valt zonder in contact te komen met een andere schakel is de ketting versleten en kan deze worden vervangen.
