Met de zachte vlakstraalsproeier kan hardnekkig vuil snel worden verwijderd van fietsen, kampeer- of tuinmeubelen, speelgoed en nog veel meer. De 12 liter water trolley met grote wielen en uitschuifbare telescoopsteel dient tevens als mobiel onderstel voor de accu-aangedreven middendrukreiniger. Als er een wateraansluiting aanwezig is, kan het apparaat ook zonder tank worden gebruikt. Met een apart verkrijgbare zuigslang kan ook water uit putten, emmers of natuurlijke waterbronnen worden gebruikt. Voor transport kunnen het pistool en de spuitlans aan de tank worden bevestigd. Het uitgebreide assortiment accessoires maakt de OC 6-18 Premium nog veelzijdiger: bijvoorbeeld een schuimsproeier of een wasborstel zijn apart verkrijgbaar. De verwisselbare accu en oplader zijnbij de levering inbegrepen en de accu kan in alle apparaten van het 18 V Karcher accuplatform worden gebruikt.
