Kapzaag 30 cm. Deze kapzaag is een korte zaag voor hout, met een evenwijdig zaagblad. Voornamelijk voor afkort zaagwerk, dus (minder of meer) haaks op de vezelrichting van het hout. De bovenkant of "rug" van het blad van de kapzaag is verstevigd met een opgeperste stalen strip: de kap. Deze geeft het zaagblad een grote stijfheid, wat van belang is om zuiver rechte zaagsneden te kunnen maken. Deze kapzaag heeft een fijn in de hand liggende rubberen grip. Lengte van het zaagblad is circa 30 cm.
