Dit betekent dat het geschikt is voor mensen met allergieën voor latex en proteïne of die gevoelig zijn voor rubber. Het dicht gaten tot 6 mm en voorkomt luchtlekkage via de zijwanden. Voordelen van Tubeless rijden zijn: gewicht verlagend, optimale bescherming tegen lekrijden, geen snake bites en vermindering van de rolweerstand. Het is mogelijk om met een lagere luchtdruk te rijden om de tractie te vergroten.
