Met deze jack naar component kabel is het mogelijk om apparaten zoals bijvoorbeeld een digitale fotocamera of videocamera aan te sluiten op een beeldscherm of projector. Daarvoor heeft de kabel verschillende aansluitingen aan beide kanten. De 3,5 millimeter jack male stekker kan gebruikt worden in een 3,5 millimeter jack female contact op bijvoorbeeld een videocamera. De andere kant van de kabel is voorzien van drie tulp female connectoren. Door een composiet kabel met tulp stekkers te gebruiken, kunt u hiermee een beeldscherm of projector koppelen met het apparaat. De contactpunten van de stekkers zijn verguld om corrosie tegen te gaan en de verbinding met de apparaten te bevorderen. De kabel heeft een lengte van 24 centimeter.
