De ULTRASONIC XL 800 is doeltreffend voor de verdrijving van muizen, ratten en andere storende dieren en ongedierte. Laboratoriumanalysen hebben aangetoond dat de ultrasone golven het gehoor- en zenuwstelsel van de meest voorkomende ongedierten aantast en ongemak veroorzaakt. Bij een geluidsdruk van ca. 95 dB +/- 10% geeft het ongedierte het zoeken naar voedsel, water en onderdak op en trekt verder. Bovendien is in de ULTRASONIC XL 800 een helder LED-licht geïntegreerd dat de dieren 's nachts bijkomend afschrikt en verjaagt.
