De Inventum koude zone friteuse GF431 B heeft een inhoud van 3 liter en een vermogen van 2200 watt. De temperatuur stel je gemakkelijk in met de draaiknop, tot maximaal 190°C. De friteuse is voorzien van een uitneembare binnenpan en een zwarte behuizing. Het verwarmingselement hangt direct in het vloeibare frituurvet. Daardoor reageert de temperatuursensor veel sneller dan bij een traditionele friteuse. De frites schroeien snel dicht en worden extra knapperig.
