Hierdoor reageert de temperatuursensor veel sneller dan bij een traditionele friteuse. De thermostaat heeft gelijk door dat de temperatuur van het vet zakt en zal weer aan gaan waardoor de bittergarnituur mooi dichtschroeien en extra knapperig worden. De friteuse heeft een inhoud van 3 liter en een uitneembare bak.
