De Inventum koude zone friteuse GF750 S heeft een inhoud van 5 liter en een vermogen van 3000 watt. De temperatuur stel je gemakkelijk in met de draaiknop, tot maximaal 190°C. De friteuse is voorzien van een uitneembare binnenpan met geëmailleerde coating, drie frituurmanden en een rvs behuizing. Gebruik de grote frituurmand voor grote hoeveelheden of gebruiken de twee kleine frituurmanden om tegelijk frites en snacks te bakken. Het verwarmingselement hangt direct in het vloeibare frituurvet. Daardoor reageert de temperatuursensor veel sneller dan bij een traditionele friteuse. De frites schroeien snel dicht en worden extra knapperig. Je hebt geen last meer van frituurlucht door het handige anti-reukfilter.
