Deze optische audiokabel is bedoeld voor het doorgeven van een digitaal audiosignaal via een TosLink (optische S/PDIF) aansluiting. De kabel is uitgevoerd met TosLink male naar TosLink male connectoren en wordt gebruikt voor digitale audioverbindingen tussen apparatuur met een optische audio-interface. Optische audiokabels transporteren het audiosignaal via lichtimpulsen en zijn daardoor ongevoelig voor elektromagnetische storingen. De connectoren zijn voorzien van vergulde contacten en een aluminium connectorbehuizing voor een stevige en duurzame aansluiting. De kabel beschikt over een netafscherming en een PVC mantel die de optische vezel beschermt tegen mechanische belasting.
