Deze haakse F naar IEC adapter (90°) is bedoeld voor het verbinden van een F-connector aansluiting met een IEC-antenneaansluiting binnen een 75 Ω coaxnetwerk. De adapter wordt toegepast bij televisies, antennedozen en receivers wanneer beperkte ruimte een rechte aansluiting niet toelaat. De 90° uitvoering zorgt voor ruimtebesparende installatie, bijvoorbeeld bij wandmontage van televisietoestellen. Montage gebeurt via schroefdraad op de F-aansluiting en door insteekverbinding aan de IEC-zijde.
