Telefoonkabels maken voor het aansluiten van vaste telefoontoestellen kan door gebruik te maken van deze telefoonkabel op rol. Het artikel bestaat uit een rol met een kabel van 100 meter lengte. Zo kunnen er eenvoudig kabels worden gemaakt in elke gewenste lengte. De kabel zelf heeft een koperen kern en is voorzien van 4 aders. Deze aders zijn niet afgeschermd en worden wel fysiek beschermd door een mantel van zwart pvc. De diameter van de platte kabel is 4,8 millimeter. Zodra een kabel in de gewenste lengte is geknipt, kun je met een krimptang stekkers te monteren. Er kan gebruik worden gemaakt van RJ11 of RJ45 connectoren.
