De IB-DK1104-C adapter van ICY BOX is ontworpen voor aansluiting voor bijvoorbeeld een computer of notebook met USB-C interface en DisplayPort. Er kan een HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI-D of VGA monitor worden aangesloten, de adapter ondersteunt monitorresoluties tot 3.840 x 2.160@60Hz. Dit maakt het bijvoorbeeld mogelijk om gestreamde video's via een notebook op een groot tv-scherm of beamer te bekijken. Aangesloten op een HDMI- of DisplayPort-monitor kan de adapter zowel het video- als het audiosignaal doorgeven, en is er geen extra audiokabel nodig. De IB-DK1104-C adapter kan worden gebruikt om het beeldscherm van een notebook uit te breiden om de productiviteit te verhogen door een groter werkoppervlak te bieden of om de inhoud te spiegelen zodat er op een groter scherm kan worden gewerkt.
