Met veel liefde en zorg vangen Amy en haar familie er bange en mishandelde paarden op, zodat ze kunnen genezen van hun trauma’s uit het verleden en hun vertrouwen in mensen weer terugkrijgen. Een nieuwe kans: Door een misverstand komt een klant een paard eerder ophalen dan gepland, en dat heeft vreselijke gevolgen. Amy en haar familie verliezen hun laatste betalende klanten.
