Fiskars Functional Form Aanzetstaal 202 mm is onmisbaar voor het optimaal presteren van je dagelijkse messen. Slijp je messen snel en gemakkelijk met behulp van een traditioneel aanzetstaal. Vijf tot zes halen volstaan om je mes perfect scherp te houden en als nieuw te laten werken. Hanteer bij elke haal een consistente hoek van 15-20°, slijp het blad eerst bij het handvat en beweeg het blad vervolgens over het aanzetstaal naar de mespunt toe. Na het slijpen de messen wassen en met een doek afdrogen. Voor koks die houden van slim ontworpen keukentools die gemakkelijk schoon te maken zijn.
