De Fibaro CO Sensor beschermt tegen de gevaren van reukloze koolmonoxide (CO). De sensor detecteert op betrouwbare wijze schadelijke CO-concentraties in de lucht en waarschuwt de gebruiker wanneer bepaalde grenswaarden worden overschreden. Het apparaat waarschuwt door middel van een ingebouwde sirene (85 dB(A)). Bovendien kunnen scènes automatisch worden geactiveerd in de Z-Wave Gateway, zo kunnen lampen worden aangestoken, kan de ventilatie worden ingeschakeld of deuren en ramen worden geopend en nog veel meer. Buiten de concentratie aan CO kan de melder ook temperatuur meten en aan de hand hiervan bepaalde acties laten uitvoeren.
