De nestkast kan het best worden opgehangen op een rustige, enigszins beschutte plek, niet in de volle zon of op de regenzijde. Tijdens slechte weersomstandigheden biedt de nestkast beschutting en bescherming voor de kleine vogeltjes. De nestkast is een assorti van 3 groentinten en heeft een ophangoog. Het kastje is eenvoudig schoon te maken door de achterzijde open te maken.
