Designed specifically for bicycle applications, the LLU/LLB seal combination on these bearings utilizes a more protective gray LLU seal facing outward, towards the elements, to reduce contamination from water or dirt, while the lighter-contact (less seal-drag) black LLB seals facing inward keep the grease where it belongs. The most common use for this bearing is as a direct replacement bearing for Shimano external cup BBs when using the plastic Shimano bearing insert. If you wish to avoid using the plastic insert MR 2437 is the correct bearing for the job. The Enduro line of bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating full labyrinth to provide long life and superior protection against the elements. Can I pick up my order somewhere?
We are an online-only store, so it is not possible to pick up your order. We ship all orders from our central warehouse. This may mean you receive multiple packages when ordering multiple items.
Are the bicycles I order delivered ready to ride?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your bike delivered fully ready to ride. We deliver our bikes 85% assembled. Components such as the front wheel, pedals, saddle and handlebar still need to be mounted. With the included assembly manual and instruction videos, you can easily do this yourself. Small children's bikes are generally delivered 95% assembled.
