Voorzien van Zero keramisch-hybride radiale lagers met zwart-oxide behandeling, bieden deze trommels verhoogde duurzaamheid, soepelere werking en een langere levensduur. Het 500 AF Delrin materiaal heeft een hoge treksterkte, natuurlijke smering en is bestand tegen vocht, chemicaliën en UV-straling, waardoor ze zeer duurzaam en soepel in gebruik zijn. De bovenste trommel gebruikt CN (strakke speling) lagers voor maximale schakelprecisie, terwijl de onderste C4 (lossere speling) lagers heeft om beweging van de ketting mogelijk te maken. Het 11-tand profiel met 4mm boorgat boven en 5mm onder maakt deze trommels een ideale upgrade voor de meeste 11-speed SRAM systemen.
