Met een diepgroef ontwerp en races van hoogwaardig 52100 hoog-koolstof chroomlegering en Grade 5 silicium-nitride keramische kogels, biedt dit lager uitzonderlijke duurzaamheid en verminderde slijtage. Voorzien van dubbele lip labyrinth (LLB) afdichtingen die bestand zijn tegen externe elementen en de inhoud van hoge druk synthetische vetten behouden, garandeert het betrouwbare werking onder zware omstandigheden. De Si3N4 keramische kogels elimineren staal-op-staal contact, waardoor de levensduur wordt verlengd. Bij correcte installatie (zwart afdichtingslip naar binnen) en afstelling, worden alle kogels betrokken, waardoor de kracht gelijkmatig wordt verdeeld, wrijving en slijtage worden verminderd. Ideaal als naaflager voor snelspanner- of pedaalontwerpen, of als draaipunt, hoewel de MAX-versies beter geschikt zijn voor veringssystemen.
