Met een MAX-type design biedt dit lager 35-40% meer draagvermogen dan standaard radiale lagers door het maximale aantal balletjes in de race. Het diepgroef ontwerp in combinatie met Grade 10 balletjes zorgt voor soepele werking onder de multi-directionele krachten die typisch zijn voor mountainbiken. Uitgerust met vol-contact dubbele lip labyrinth (LLU) afdichtingen en gevuld met 90% van de hoge-druk Almagard vet, biedt het uitstekende bescherming tegen vuil en vocht. De uitgebreide binnenring voorkomt de noodzaak voor tussenringen, wat de montage in suspensielinks vereenvoudigt.
